Good morning!
I write to share with you a slight problem I have, a “problem of prosperity”.
As you can see by my photograph, I live in a space of great beauty. Having lived for several decades, I have worked hard to accumulate enough income to retire with the necessities for a pleasurable existence. My health is good, so I am able to tolerate the few aches and pains that accompany a man of my age. I get out of bed, dress myself in appropriate clothes for the day, and then set forth a list of tasks I intend to achieve for today only.
What better way to tackle this problem of prosperity than to face it head on. I, therefore, grab my walking stick, choose some gift to share, and step down the road to meet another person with whom I can share it.
Carpe Diem!
Sincerely,
Abel October
There once was a man named Abel,
Who brought his lot to the table,
While looking it over,
He smiled, “How I prosper.”
“I’ll share it,” he said, “While I’m able!”
