The Academy Awards Red Carpet broadcast last Sunday; The Gilded Age currently streaming on HBO Max; and the glass etching in the photo below sent me “down a rabbit hole” and the content of this blog post displays some of the peafowl that I encountered on the way down. Enjoy!

Who dares to enter through this door?

Those who do can expect much more!

P.S.

Peafowl is a common name for three bird species in the genera Pavo and Afropavo of the family Phasianidae, the pheasants and their allies. Male peafowl are referred to as peacocks, and female peafowl are referred to as peahens, even though peafowl of either sex are often referred to colloquially as "peacocks".[1]

Some thoughts- a picture says a thousand words and this blog is a novel. While I am still trying to understand what happened last week at the 94th Oscars one thing I can state with 100 percent certainty is that I agree with Dolly. Always a pleasure to read your blogs! Kindest - Tami
